Tanzanian ruling party wins Zanzibar presidential re-run vote - electoral body

DAR ES SALAAM, March 21 (Reuters) - The ruling party

candidate in Tanzania's semi-autonomous Zanzibar was declared

the winner in its presidential election, the electoral

commission said on Monday.
