UPDATE 3-U.S. moves to reduce salt in restaurant, packaged food

WASHINGTON, June 1 (Reuters) - The United States moved on

Wednesday to cut the amount of salt in packaged and restaurant

food in a bid to reduce the number of heart attacks and strokes

linked to consuming too much sodium.
