Lawsuit over NYC Marathon lottery is settled

NEW YORK, Sept 9 (Reuters) - New York City Marathon organizers on Friday settled a lawsuit by runners who said their use of a lottery, in which nonrefundable fees were charged, to decide who gets to race was illegal.
