UPDATE 1-Nexstar wins U.S. antitrust approval to merge with Media General

WASHINGTON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Nexstar Broadcast Group

has won U.S. antitrust approval to buy Media General

Corp on condition that it sell seven television
