UPDATE 1-Viacom to buy Telefonica's Telefe for $345 mln

Central, Nickelodeon and MTV, said on Tuesday it would buy

Argentine broadcaster Television Federal SA (Telefe)

from telecom carrier Telefonica SA for $345 million in cash.
