Icahn sweetens offer for Federal-Mogul for third time

Jan 3 (Reuters) - Billionaire Carl Icahn's investment firm,

Icahn Enterprises LP, sweetened its offer for a third

time to buy shares of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corp it

does not already own.
