Jan 20 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is not
satisfied with Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc's plan to
divest stores to win antitrust clearance for its acquisition of
Rite Aid Corp, Bloomberg reported, citing people
familiar with the matter.
